Cloudflare Web Analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or other storage in your browser and doesn't identify you.

Google Analytics (through Firebase)

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and which apps they download. It measures the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country and city, derived by Google from your IP address, which Google Analytics doesn't store), and clicks on Google Play and email links.

  • In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first. Until you accept, Google Analytics isn't loaded at all: nothing is sent to Google and nothing is stored in your browser.
  • Everywhere else analytics cookies are on by default. You can turn them off at any time with the cookie settings link below.
  • When analytics is on, Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_KEBE5Q88X3 (they last up to two years) so repeat visits can be counted, and Firebase stores an installation ID in your browser (IndexedDB). If you decline, Google Analytics isn't loaded on later visits, and the cookies and stored ID are deleted.
  • Advertising cookies and ad personalisation are always off. We don't sell your data.
  • Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can also block Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Your choice

To decide whether to ask, your browser reads your country from Cloudflare (/cdn-cgi/trace); it's kept only until you close the browser (session storage, tmm-loc). Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (tmm-consent), not in a cookie. The site's font is served from this site, not from Google Fonts. Change your cookie settings at any time.
