Panda Catch Oranges
Effective date: October 17, 2026
This privacy policy describes how Panda Catch Oranges ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Uninstalling the App removes this data.
The App signs you in with your Google Play Games profile so your score can be placed on the leaderboard. It receives your Play Games player identifier.
The leaderboard is public. Scores you submit, along with your Play Games display name, can be seen by other players. If you do not want that, you can decline Play Games sign-in, or hide your profile in the Play Games app settings. Declining sign-in means no score and no player identifier are submitted, and the rest of the game works normally.
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Data Collected | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Displaying advertisements, including the optional video you can watch to continue a run | Advertising ID, device info, approximate location (for ad relevance) | Google Privacy Policy |
| Firebase Analytics | Understanding app usage patterns | Anonymous usage data, installation identifier, device type, OS version, session duration | Firebase Privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reporting and stability monitoring | Crash logs, device state, stack traces | Firebase Privacy |
| Google Play Games Services | Sign-in and the public score leaderboard | Play Games player identifier, submitted scores | Google Privacy Policy |
| Unity Ads | Competes to fill the full-screen adverts through AdMob mediation | Advertising ID, device and network characteristics, advert interaction events (impressions, clicks, completions) | Unity Ads Player Privacy |
About Unity Ads. Unity Technologies ApS (Copenhagen, Denmark) and Unity Technologies SF (San Francisco, USA) are the only companies other than Google that receive data from the App. When the App requests a full-screen advert — the one shown between runs, or the optional video you can watch to continue — AdMob runs an auction, and if Unity wins, that advert is delivered by Unity rather than by Google. Banner adverts come from Google only. Unity uses this data to select, deliver and measure adverts and to detect invalid traffic.
The App does not show a consent dialog of its own. Your advertising choices are the device-level Google settings described in section 8, and they apply to Unity as well as to Google.
The App's own manifest requests only two permissions — internet access and network state. The Google and Unity advertising libraries it includes add a few more to the installed app: the advertising identifier, the Android Ad Services permissions used for advert attribution and topics, a basic phone-state permission, install referrer access, a foreground service permission, and keeping the device awake while a video advert plays. None of them give access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
We operate no server of our own, so no data is sent to us. The data that leaves your device goes to the third-party services listed in section 2:
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
We hold no user database, which removes most of the risk. Local data is stored on your device, sandboxed to the App. Where information is transmitted to the Google services above it is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
